In this island komodo dragons will be easier to spot because the range of the habitat is smaller than in Komodo Island (Loh Liang). Komodo in Loh Buaya is also more aggressive. Besides komodo dragons, in this Island we can also look at cattle, buffalo, monkeys, partridge, etc. After that, the tour continuous to the Pink Beach. This beach is the best place to snorkel.
The coral reefs, fish and the beach itself is really beautiful. This beach is called Pink Beach because of the sand of this Beach is Pink. The Pink sands derived from abrasion of coral reefs across the beach. Our third spot is to go to Komodo island or Long Liang. Destination to Loh Liang is optional and might be excluded if you wish to have longer duration at Pink Beach. We will end our day at Lasa island to rest and have dinner on the boat.
Day 3
Early in the morning before breakfast, we can escort you to spend your morning to traditional Komodo village. This is optional based on your request. You can experience the traditional living of its people and purchase their handmade souvenirs too.
Then we will proceed to Karang Makasa (Manta Ray Point) to see Manta Ray or various sea creatures across the Coral Reefs. Look for a glimpse of wingtips breaking the surface, or the shadowy form of a manta gliding under the boat. After that, we will continue our journey to Gili Laba Island. This is one of the most beautiful islands at Komodo islands region and a perfect spot to snorkel and trekking with great view, before we’re going back to Labuan Bajo.
